One priority, thirty days
Each day includes an action, a smaller version, a completion check and space for notes. The sequence covers choosing a priority, testing a routine, making time and reviewing what to continue.
What is inside
The current workbook draft contains 30 daily pages and six reusable worksheets.
Days 1–7: Choose your direction
Name a priority, map your constraints, define a useful result and review your first attempts.
Days 8–14: Build a workable routine
Choose a starting cue, prepare materials and test normal and minimum versions.
Days 15–21: Protect your attention
Set a session target, handle interruptions, work through obstacles and review your setup.
Days 22–28: Make deliberate choices
Compare commitments, define boundaries, prepare for disruption and choose what to keep.
Days 29–30: Close and continue
Review your evidence and make a clear plan for the next month.
Time and materials
Daily time budgets include reading, setup, the action and brief notes. The current daily pages budget 15–25 minutes for the normal version or 3–5 minutes for the minimum; these are estimates, not guarantees. Use paper or your own notes. There is no account or automatic progress tracker.
Who this is for
For people who prefer daily prompts to an open-ended plan and can make time to write and review their own choices.
