About NoDriftZone
I’m Alexandre. I’m a plumber, and there are things I want to build in my life beyond my job. For the past three years, my schedule has felt overwhelming. I’ve made significant improvements during that time, but it hasn’t been easy. I’m not perfect, and I’m still learning.
When the goal feels too big to begin
Sometimes I look at everything I want to change and don’t start at all. Doing a little can help me find motivation that wasn’t there beforehand. NDZ is for anyone who recognises that gap between wanting a change and knowing what to do next.
Why I’m sharing this
Sharing knowledge and helping others succeed matter to me. I want NDZ to make a useful idea easier to put into practice: choose something you can influence, try a concrete action and notice what helped. I’m building it while working on those things myself.
Keep the ambition; make the next step smaller
I’m motivated to do more in life beyond my job. Starting small doesn’t mean giving up that ambition. For me, it is a way to do something even when motivation is missing, rather than letting the size of the project stop me from beginning.
Choose what fits today
You can read and follow either free challenge without an account. Use paper or your own notes if that suits you.
The daily challenge
Choose one of three levels: Start, Build or Stretch. Follow its action and completion condition; you don’t need to do all three.
The seven-day reset
Follow a sequence over seven days: choose a priority, reduce a distraction, prepare a task and review what to repeat. Plan for 10–25 minutes a day.
